At PlayPalz, your child’s safety and happiness are our top priorities. That’s why we’ve put together a few simple rules to help keep our play environment clean, secure, and enjoyable for everyone
All minors must be accompanied by an adult—no drop-offs allowed. Adults are welcome to supervise and play, but misusing equipment may lead to removal from play areas.
No rough play or fighting.
No weapons allowed on-site.
PlayPalz staff may limit entry if we reach capacity.
No strollers on padded play areas.
Reservations are required for any party.
No outside decorations, cakes, balloons, or presents without a
booked party room.
Piñatas are not allowed—we’re all about safe, fun
celebrations!
If your child is sick, please stay home. We reserve the right to turn away sick children to protect others.
No smoking or vaping allowed inside or within 30 feet of the entrance.
To keep our space clean and safe, socks are a must for everyone—including adults! Kids (12 months to 12 years) must wear grip socks for safety. Forgot your socks? No worries! Grip socks are available at the front desk for $3.25. Outside socks are okay, as long as they have grips.
Shoes stay at the door—even for grown-ups! This helps keep our play areas clean and germ-free for everyone.
Every adult and child must sign a digital waiver before entering—no exceptions! It’s quick, easy, and valid for 6 months. Each adult needs to use a separate email.
No outside food or drinks allowed.
Birthday cakes/cupcakes are allowed in reserved party rooms
only.
We are a nut-free facility—thanks for helping us keep everyone
safe!
