Terms and Conditions

Admission is granted only to individuals who have completed a signed waiver.

There is one free adult per paying child, each additional adult is a fee.

Children aged 1 to 16 must pay the general admission fee. Children under 11 months are free, but adults must pay the adult admission price.

All guests, regardless of age, must have a signed waiver on file to enter the facility.

Waivers must be kept on record and are subject to verification at check-in.

Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times while in the facility.

PlayPalz staff is not responsible for supervising children.

Socks must be worn at all times; no shoes are allowed in the playground.

Only one person is allowed on the slide at a time, and sliding must be done feet first.

No climbing on or up the slides, running, or rough play is permitted.

No outside food or drinks are allowed within the playground.

Guests are required to respect the playground equipment and other visitors.

PlayPalz reserves the right to deny access or remove any individuals who do not comply with our rules or who pose a safety risk.

By entering the facility, guests acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with play activities.

PlayPalz is not liable for any injuries or accidents that occur on the premises.

PlayPalz may take photographs or videos of guests for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform a staff member.

We do not promise that you will not be in a photo used for social media.
